Literacy is very important for learners and affects their success in terms of learning living. The purpose this study to explore the implementation, obstacles, solutions implementation one-teacher-one-book literacy program at SD Negeri 1 Kuripan, Grobogan. This research uses a qualitative approach with case design. data collection techniques used are interviews documentation. Data analysis carried out three procedures, namely reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. results show that movement elementary schools by principals, teachers, students main target being teachers.
